Check what they actually deliver
Ask which services the provider runs themselves and which are arranged through partners, and which are available in your city. Availability can differ by service and location.
Ask about practitioners
- Who will be on site, and what are their qualifications for the service?
- For screenings: who is the clinical provider and how is consent handled?
- How are personal results shared, and what happens if a reading is of concern?
Look at the written quote
A good quote lists what is included, what is extra, setup times and what the provider needs from you. Make sure the company issuing the quote is the one invoicing you.
One supplier or many?
Using one supplier for several stations means one brief, one schedule and one invoice. Check that they can coordinate everything you need on the day.
